Help Northwest is a non-profit organization in Washington's Auburn Valley. We are dedicated to actively reaching out to provide help
for those in need in Western Washington.
We exist to provide counseling, housing, education, treatment and spiritual services to hurting and disadvantaged people. Our main focus is to homeless and at-risk teenagers and their families. We partner with Pacific Community Church to better serve the community. We also sponsor Boy Scout Troop 835 that has received national recognition for life-saving and disaster response.
Our mission is to edify and
evangelize through the means of service. We wish to improve the lives of others
spiritually, emotionally and physically. We accomplish this through street ministry,
teaching, teen intervention, training, Scouting, mentoring and meeting basic needs.
THANK YOU: A special thank you to the many, many volunteers that
have painted walls, gathered food, distributed coats and blankets,
mentored kids, helped on hikes and camping trips, done fund raisers,
organized the food and clothing bank, donated materials, vehicles and
funding to keep us going. Thank you for your faithfulness and prayers! God bless you all!!!
We
have some new folks helping. Ariane & Jenn at American Retail
Supply in Kent put together 70 beautiful baskets for us to distribute to
kids at Easter. It was a first for us and it was well received by 70
smiling faces looking up at us until they saw the basket and then that
is all they saw. Thank you so very much. All it takes is one person to
have an idea and follow through to change lives.
